Making Timelines Work for You

Leslie Drewitz, writing in The In-Depth Genealogist, offers some guidance on when to do a timeline, and how to make it effective.

When you hit that inevitable brick wall, or your research effort just seems to become to complicated, using a timeline may help you find a way to proceed.
