The Families in British India Society gives us an online database of births, marriages and deaths for the years 1806-07. The data comes from the Asiatic Annual Register.
Each list gives you the name, rank or title, relationship, year and month of the event. Each column can be sorted, so although there is no search mechanism, the person is not really difficult to locate in the list.
